THE HUMAN BRAIN MICROENVIRONMENT OF PRIMARY CNS LYMPHOMA: HUMAN PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS‐DERIVED BRAIN MODELS

چکیده

The brain microenvironment deeply differs from the of any other organ. is, in fact, characterized by distinct metabolic conditions and immune environment, it is composed unique cell types such as neurons cells glia, like astrocytes microglia. Increasing evidence suggests that plays an important role pathogenesis tumors metastases. However, how human niche interacts with eventually remodeled primary central nervous system diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PCNSL) still a matter investigation. recent advance pluripotent stem (hPSC)-based technologies offers opportunity to virtually derive type body organ-specific organoids. hPSC-derived organoids are self-assembled 3D structures lineage-specific faithfully recapitulate some aspects vivo tissue. We have now developed organoid model high cellular diversity maturation, which allows study PCNSL adaption growth microenvironment. Inflammatory demyelinating brain lesions heralding primary CNS lymphoma.

Brain biopsy plays a crucial role in the exploration of suspect white matter lesions in the differential diagnosis of primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) and inflammatory demyelination. We present the case of a previously healthy, immunocompetent woman, aged fifty-nine, who developed a histologically confirmed demyelinating white matter lesion months prior to the manifestation of a ...

P 104: Effects of Human Neural Stem Cells in Cure Neuroinflammation of Traumatic Brain Injury

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is defined as an external mechanical injury to the brain. Neuroinflammation plays a vital role in the pathophysiology of TBI. Microglia and astrocytes play a central role in the initiation and regulation of inflammation. Numerous pro-inflammatory mediators including cytokines, chemokines, reactive oxygen species (ROS) and nitric oxide (NO) released by microglia. In ...

O13: Human Neural Stem/Progenitor Cells Derived from Epileptic Human Brain in A Self-Assembling Peptide Nanoscaffold Attenuates Neuroinlammation in Traumatic Brain Injury in Rats

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a disruption in the brain functions following a head trauma. Cell therapy may provide a promising treatment for TBI. Human neural stem cells cultured in self-assembling peptide scaffolds have been proposed as a potential novel method for cell replacement treatment after TBI. In the present study, we accessed the effects of human neural stem/progenitor cells (hNS/...
